SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days from when your order was placed. Any orders places after 12pm will be counted as if they were placed the following day.
UK SHIPPING
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked)- £3.99
Priority Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Tracked) - £4.99
Orders over £35- FREE Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked)
Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver packages within 2-3 working days AFTER items have been processed and dispatched.
Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver packages within 1-2 working days AFTER items have been processed and dispatched.
Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. This is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to look in to this for you.
EU SHIPPING
International Tracked Delivery (via Royal Mail) - £11.99
Royal Mail aims to deliver packages to Europe (using the International Tracked service) within 3-5 working days AFTER items have been processed and dispatched.
Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. This is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to look in to this for you.
PLEASE NOTE- Customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes due on their order set by their country. Please bear that in mind when ordering. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Royal Mail aims to deliver packages Internationally to the Rest of the World (using the International Tracked service) within 5-7 working days AFTER items have been processed and dispatched.
