Refund policy
We have a 28 Day return policy, which means that you have 28 days after receiving your order to send your return.
Item(s) must not be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Any item(s) that are not received in their original condition will not be accepted.
To return your item(s), package them in a postage bag/box alongside your delivery slip. Please inform us on the delivery slip which items you are returning and the reason why.

We aim to inspect and process returns within 3 working days from when we receive the items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please allow some time for your bank to process the refund. We will notify you if for any reason your return is not accepted.
Faulty/damaged items
Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item has arrived defective, damaged or if an incorrect item was delivered, so that we can look into the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Final sale/seconds & sample items are non-returnable, the price reflects this on all items.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been made to order or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
You are welcome to utilise our returns policy and then make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
